The Executive Assistant is the critical operational hub supporting our European CEO during a transformational period of growth and expansion. This role demands an exceptionally organised and strategically-minded professional who can manage the complexities of a fast-paced, dynamic leadership environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion. This role is offered on a part-time (20 hours per week) and fixed-term contract for a period of 6 months.
As the CEO's trusted right hand, you will orchestrate all aspects of his executive schedule, communications and information flow to ensure he can dedicate maximum time to high-impact strategic initiatives, client relationships and business development. You will anticipate needs, manage competing priorities across multiple markets and serve as a key operational point of contact within the business.
