The Account Executive / Senior Account Executive supports the AM or AD role and must master the responsibilities stated below with unaided support from senior department managers and have proven examples of the work required for career growth.
The junior-level roles on the Influencer Marketing team report to a VP or SVP, Media + Influence and support the execution of influencer and creator campaigns from inception to execution including timeline management, project documents/tracking and influencer identification and research. The junior-level roles are content experts within influencer marketing and can leverage data to provide strategic recommendations for content formats and execution to best support overarching influencer strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and track-record/previous work of executing innovative influencer/creator marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook – a view of social media consumption in general.
Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and best practices.
Knowledge of how to conduct research/discovery for creators; basic proficiency or experience with influencer identification tools.
Basic knowledge of content formats and platform features as they pertain to influencer and creator marketing.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, and strong organizational/time management skills.
Analytical mindset to track and evaluate the success of influencer marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to influencer marketing.
Very strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with influencers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A self-starter mentality, initiative, and ability to keep projects moving to completion.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for the AE role is $55k-$75k and for the SAE role is $65k-$100k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
