The Paid Media Manager will oversee campaign execution for Client’s paid marketing efforts, particularly Social, Search, and Vendor management for traditional media buying. A full range of paid experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to and guide media strategy and be comfortable working daily within paid media platforms. Passion, accountability, and an exceptional attention to detail are essential.
This role will be a critical link between managing client and campaign objectives and driving disciplined cross-functional program management efficiently. They will play a pivotal role in planning campaigns that require multiple touch points – creative, content, digital, paid media. This person will support an Account Manager/Director/VP from messaging to tactical programming with a holistic view of how each function is integrated, understanding key dependencies and orchestrating those needs against a master schedule.
This is a fundamental position with a focus on integration, creativity, and execution. This person will be embedded on our integrated accounts, contribute to other accounts as needed, and drive programming and represent our integrated vision to both existing and prospective clients.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $80k-$125k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
