Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Social & Integrated Marketing team. This role will work closely with the Account Management team in the delivery of influencer marketing solutions that drive growth for clients. They demonstrate ownership of projects across multiple teams and accounts and work closely with other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. In addition to social & influencer marketing, areas of focus may include paid media and content campaigns. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with senior account team in the development of go-to-market plans for social & influencer programs 
  • Demonstrates knowledge of successful social media programs and the best way to maximize influencer programming and content across channels 
  • Manages time and projects well with little supervision, meeting all deadlines and budget parameters 
  • Prepares and manages influencer program plans and timelines for accounts 
  • Execute influencer/creator programs for clients including research, identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and managing delivery of creative content 
  • Manage social media content calendars including copy writing, content management, creative briefs and creative production. 
  • Thinks strategically, contributes ideas and solutions frequently to teams and clients 
  • Focused on using data to build and measure successful campaigns 
  • Maintains excellent communication with team and the client as needed  
  • Oversees the preparation and completion of client status and recap reports 
  • Serves as a mentor to junior team members on account teams 
  • Regularly researches marketing and advertising/marketing news and trends to share agency-wide 
  • Participates on an Allison committee 
  • Promotes and upholds Allison’s core values 

Qualifications

  • Senior Account Executives at Allison typically have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in advertising, marketing or a related field, at a brand or agency  
  • In-depth working knowledge of the most up-to-date digital media platforms and the ability to articulate clearly the value proposition of each 
  • Willingness to learn and successfully advocate for clients across a range of industries 
  • Team-oriented, with an innate ability to understand needs and objectives and manage expectations and turnaround times 
  • Exemplary follow-through and execution skills 
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources 
  • Strong writing and presentation skills and attention to detail

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $65k-$100k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
