Overview

At Allison Worldwide, data isn’t just about numbersit’s about unlocking ideas that move the world’s most iconic brands forward. We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Data and Analytics Director to join our Performance + Intelligence practice, the strategic powerhouse behind how we measure success, discover what’s next, and drive smarter marketing outcomes. 

You’ll lead high-impact, multi-channel analytics initiatives across diverse industries, transforming complex data into actionable insights that shape our clients’ strategies and fuel their growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of measurement and analytics projects across marketing and communications campaigns 
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover insights, demonstrate ROI, and shape strategic direction 
  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor for both clients and internal teams—translating complex findings into compelling stories 
  • Manage project resources and timelines with a laser focus on quality and impact 
  • Contribute to new business initiatives by crafting compelling data-driven strategies and presentations 

Qualifications

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus 
  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, communications measurement, or related fields 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract clarity from complexity 
  • Proven experience connecting metrics to business outcomes 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams 
  • Confident communicator—adept at tailoring insights to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Familiarity with data science practices and modern marketing measurement tools/platforms 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 

 

Bonus Points For: 

  • Hands-on experience in media analytics, brand tracking, or earned/owned media measurement 
  • Experience with data engineering workflows or statistical programming (Python, R, SQL) 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to innovate and elevate analytics capabilities

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $100k-$120k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
