Overview

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our growing Integrated Marketing team. This temporary role is a stepstone to a career at the agency. During your 90-day apprenticeship, you will work with stakeholders across the Integrated Marketing team working on social media and community management, among other projects, giving you insight into a range of career options. Successful candidates often move into full-time Community Manager positions after the conclusion of their apprenticeship.  

 

The ideal candidate is likely a recent college graduate with some prior agency or in-house experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal integrated team members, clients and clients’ customers to resolve questions, comments and concerns posted online
  • Possesses knowledge and familiarity of community management tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Supports timely and responsive communications with colleagues, clients and customers
  • Maintains project schedules, task timing and content libraries as it relates to project implementation
  • Develops and documents community management incidents for measurement and analysis
  • Actively participates in client and new business brainstorms, including providing relevant research or analysis to help guide ideation
  • Works alongside measurement team for logistical support and analysis of programming
  • This role requires some work outside of normal business hours to ensure customers receive timely responses

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented, with an innate ability to understand needs and objectives and manage to expectations and turnaround times
  • Manages time and projects well with little supervision, meeting all deadlines and budget parameters
  • Passion for in-depth learning on varied topics and industries
  • Ability to work on several accounts with differing team members across time zones
  • Exemplary follow-through and execution skills
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and use new tools and resources
  • Excellent and thorough critical thinking skills and capabilities
  • Ability to determine key insights from raw data and make logical extrapolations

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the hourly salary for this position is $20/hourly.
